REFUND POLICY

1. Definitions and Interpretation

“Participant” means any individual registered for an online course.

“Online course” means the digital learning module provided upon registration.

“Refund” means the reimbursement of course fees, subject to the conditions outlined below.

“Administration fee” means a processing fee that may be deducted from any refund.

“Business days” means standard working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

“Valid reason” means documented instances as defined in clause 7.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

If the participant has not accessed any portion of the online course, they are entitled to a full refund, if and only if the refund request is submitted in writing via email within three (3) business days from the date of registration (as indicated by the email notification sent).

3. Ineligibility for Refund After Course Access

Once the participant has accessed the online course in any manner, they are no longer entitled to any refund.

4. Deduction of Administration Fee

An administration fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, if applicable.

5. Transfer of Course to Another Person

The course registration may be transferred to another individual, subject to management approval. The request for such a transfer must be submitted in writing via email within three (3) business days from the date of registration (as indicated by the email notification sent).

6. Non-Attendance Without Valid Reason

Participants who fail to attend either part or the whole online course without providing a valid reason will not be eligible for any refund.

    7. Refund Eligibility for Special Circumstances

    Refunds may be considered if the participant is unable to attend the online course due to one of the following reasons, provided supporting documentation is submitted:

    • Illness – In cases of serious illness, hospital admission, or injury (excludes minor illnesses such as mild colds), a medical certificate must be provided.
    • Loss or Bereavement – Death of a close family member.
    • Hardship or Trauma – Victim of crime or traffic accident.
    • National or Military Service – Service obligations that prevent course attendance.

    This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for refund requests while accommodating specific circumstances that may impact a participant’s ability to attend the course.
